Confirmation of Parts
The warehouse specialist chooses the correct quantity of each part for the order, passing the label by a high-speed imager to verify that they're chosen the correct SKU.
Powered Conveyance
The completed order travels down a powered conveyer where a series of quality control steps take place, confirming weight and accuracy of each box.
Void Fill & Taping
Using Lidar, the box is scanned for the required amount of void fill, then it's filled with a sustainable paper material before being taped shut.
Print-on Demand Labeling
The next stop on the conveyer is a two-step labeling process that applies the shipping label and packing slips required for shipment.
Sorted for Shipping
Once the parcel has completed its journey, it will arrive at the ship sorted where it's routed to the correct dock door, based on shipment method.
