FLAWLESS PRINTING
With a 600 dpi resolution, images and texts are rendered perfectly and micro-texts and watermarks are printed in high definition. The Avansia printer will guarantee that your edges print perfectly since the film fully covers the card.

MEDIA COMPATIBILITY
The Avansia Retransfer technology can print on all types of cards (PVC, PET, polycarbonate, ABS), including uneven card surfaces, such as smart contact and contactless cards. The standard built-in card flattener delivers perfect results.

INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY
Avansia is exceptionally fast with an output of more than 140 single-sided color cards per hour. Print your card runs with no interruptions thanks to the high capacity feed tray and output tray (250 cards each) and high capacity consumables (500 prints per roll).

The Quantum printer is the solution for printing and encoding cards in large volumes. It personalizes the cards front and back, in color or monochrome, with a record printing speed.

Quantum combines the feel of a desktop printer with the power of an industrial printer for centralized production of plastic cards in large quantities.

INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY

With a feed tray and stacker capacity of 500 cards each, the Quantum printer can deliver more than 1000 cards per hour in monochrome and 150 cards in color. Thanks to reversible encoding module (magnetic stripes, contact smart cards and contactless cards) independent from the print module, the cards are encoded and printed in a single pass.

ENHANCED VERSATILITY

Quantum has been designed to be personalized on-site, directly by the user. For instance, you can add or reverse an encoder very easily and quickly. The card production system adapts to your evolutive needs: single or dual sided printing, diverse encoding modules, printing options and plastic card types available.

CLM – Card Lamination Module

The Ideal Module for Laminating and Protecting Your Cards

Developed by Evolis, the CLM (Card Lamination Module) is associated with the Evolis Primacy printer and is an all-in-one system for printing, encoding, and laminating cards that need to be secure and/or protected.  The CLM can also operate in standalone mode and with card-to-card insertion.  ID cards made using CLM can be used for up to 10 years and cannot be forged.

EASY TO USE
The CLM is connected to the Primacy printer through infrared, forming a single system.  There is no need to replace your printer.  It can easily be equipped with a lamination station.  The CLM also connects directly to a PC (in a standalone model) via a USB cable.

The films are installed intuitively and all the laminates are automatically recognized by CLM and Primacy.

CLM and Primacy encode the cards (magnetic stripe, contact or contactless smart cards), print them in D2T2, and laminate them in single or double side in a single session.

The printing and lamination modules work in parallel and produce up to 215 printed and laminated single-sided cards or 110 double-sided cards per hour.

Evolis has a wide range of patches and laminates, with or without holograms.  All of our patches and varnishes are high capacity and offer great system autonomy.
